Walk for a healthy heart

Walking is supposed to be the best exercise for your heart. It's not only light on your purse by saving cost on fuel, but also helps burn excess calories, and thus prevent heart diseases.

I would suggest that we celebrate "World Walking Day" when we dump our bikes and cars in the garages, and do a brisk walk to our offices.

It would be great "motivation" for everyone.
