Donny served over 21 years with the United States Air Force and finished his career at Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. He is responsible for the development of "Engaging for Success" a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication, and attitude.

Donny has been married to wife Charlotte for over 44 years and they have raised three successful sons. Together they developed "Success in the Home" a marriage and family relationship training series. They have lived, worked and studied abroad with many different cultures and nationalities. Donny has a goal of helping people recognize their true potential and maximize their efforts in order to live life to its fullest.
Donny has been speaking to groups of all sizes in many different industries for over 25 years. In 2003 he and Charlotte along with their son started Ingram Management Group for the soul purpose of speaking and training.
